I have been blogging since January 19th 2011, but I fell in love with the world of blogging long before that. With that, I am to award this very prestigious honor to (15) fifteen other blogs. So how do I choose, one might ask!?!?!!

Self: OMG! I got an award!
Myself: Shooo...t, it came right on time.
Self: (ode to Leonardo DiCaprio) "I'm on top of the world!"
Myself: Yippeee, but wait...the rules of acceptance are as follows, blah-blah-blah, blah-blah...and so on
Self: (playing devil's advocate) Ok, so I got do what, for who, by when? 15...for real?!!
Self: But wait! Who do I give it to?
Myself: (the clever one) How about blogs you really LUV!
Self: (the even more clever one) DUH! But wait that's more than 15!
Myself: Ok Ok Ok! Then how about ones you want to give a real heartfelt shot out to? You know what I mean? The ones that are after your own heart and the things you love. Like real life, family, and design! The ones that you can relate too honest and true. Just the blogs that really make you smile!

Now to may last task I have to tell you (7) seven things about me. What I like to call: HOLLAAAAA....!
1. HOLLA...I have an older twin sister! She and I are 14min apart. And no I can not feel it when he hurts! She is in Tennessee now. "I love you sis!" She comes home for the summer from Tennessee today!
2. HOLLA...I love sweets and I love to bake! My signature cakes are Red Velvet, Almond flavored Pound Cake, and Coconut Cake with pineapple filling!
3. HOLLA...I love to paint! This is my most recent painting. I was actually commissioned for this. I honestly had stopped painting awhile back until I did this one. It was like I never stopped. You can read about it here!

4. HOLLA...I get high on reality TV! Right now I am into American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Celebrity Apprentice, and Bad Girls Club. Its just is so dang entertaining. Like a train wreck, you can't take your eyes off of it.
5. HOLLA...I was born to be a hostess! I love to entertain! We always host the big family gatherings like holidays and birthdays at our house! Here is a photo from the last gathering. It was my daughter's 10th birthday celebration. Although its a lot of work the pay off is the satisfaction on everyone face that makes it all worth it!
6. HOLLA...I am a hopeless romantic! Urban Dictionary got it right on this one:
This person is in love with love.They believe in fairy tales and love.They're not to be confused as stalkers or creepy because that's not what a hopeless romantic is. All hopeless romantics are idealists,the sentimental dreamers,the imaginative and the fanciful when you get to know them.They often live with rose colored glasses on.They make love look like an art form with all the romantic things they do for their special someone.
7. HOLLA...my favorite days are rainy days. Its the one time where you feel like the hustle and bustle of life slows down just enough to take a well deserved breather. Its the perfect excuse to curl up with ones you love, a good book or design magazine, or just take the most relaxing naps!
